Is Branco asking for people to rate their colleagues?

No, Branco is designed to ask open questions that focus on what the user observed, no judgment. The behaviour is then compared impartially to the expectations set for the employee role and level.

Are performance assessments fair with Branco?

Branco uses automated 360 continuous feedback. Each employee receives weekly feedback data points from people they work with day-in and day-out: this makes it timely and specific. In addition, when we have 100s data points, it is also very fair as the distribution evens out eventual outliers. From Gallup research: for reviews to feel unbiased, 78% of employees want more than one source of feedback on their work, 69% feels the number of reviewers should be between 2 and 5.
